Airport detection & allocation
Choose which airports trigger the departure / arrival flight watch, how close an address must be to count as “at the airport”, and how chauffeurs are picked for terminal and belt zones.
Auto-detection
A pickup or drop-off matching an enabled airport — by name, IATA code, or geocoded within its radius — switches the booking into airport mode.
| On | IATA | Name | Match terms | Radius km | Arrival buffer | Departure lead | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Default radius for new airports: 5 km. Radius is applied when Google Maps returns coordinates for the address; otherwise the match terms are used.

Terminal & belt zone rules
Each rule tells dispatch where the chauffeur waits, which belts they cover and which chauffeurs get the first pass.
Changes save instantly and apply to the booking journey, the reservation screen and the passenger flight watch.
